- 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 red bell pepper sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Prep the Ingredients: Make sure the shrimp are peeled and deveined. Slice the bell pepper and prepare the snap peas.
Heat the Oil: In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
